Looking for a chai tea in a small town I came across this little gem. I looked on Unilocal and it looked like a good place to drive back to from the Hotel I was staying at before heading out of town. After my arrival I was amazed at the choices and immediately rethinking my choice of a hot chai tea since they had so many amazing a great looking things here. They had smoothies, coffee drinks, juices, and of course they did indeed have a hot chai tea latte but the ladies were so friendly and nice and in talking with them they asked if I liked pumpkin(why yes I do! In fact I LOVE it!) so they said they had a pumpkin milkshake that tasted like a pumpkin pie. Being the week of Thanksgiving and having been away from home for 2 weeks, I found this to be hard to resist… so Pumpkin Milkshake with homemade whipping cream it was. Oh MY it was so yummy. Smooth and creamy with just the right pumpkin spice and flavor to warm you up on a chilly day — yes even though it was a milkshake and cold. This will for sure be my go to spot when coming through this town again anytime. They offer friendly service and nice conversation, as well as homemade goodies come see them whenever you are in town or passing through.

I had read about this place while planning my trip to Mariposa. I purposely didn’t get stuffed at dinner because dessert is one of my favorite things. This darling place is not overrated. The staff was very welcoming and generous with my samplings. Splurge and have the waffle cone or chocolate covered waffle cup. Big fat scoops of ice cream are placed in your dish and it is a true taste sensation. While I left out of town for Yosemite Valley the next day, on my way home I drove back to Yosemite Treats to have one for the road. As you can read I loved this place. Make this a destination, you won’t be disappointed.

We stopped in for treats while we were exploring Mariposa’s many shops. Very nice staff. I had an iced latte and it was awesome, excellent selection of cold treats and coffees. I asked about the bagged coffee they sell and they told us it is a local roaster and to check his business out as well about 10 miles from Mariposa, which we did. We got to help him do a roast and purchased some coffee from him. We will be ordering our coffee from him from now on. Please support the owners of this business, it is tough to make it in touristy areas such as this and this really is a great little shop!

The town of Mariposa is so cute and brings you back in history. This ice cream parlor is the same. Nothing fancy but really yummy ice cream. Friendly service and they took time to build us the best sundae. The parlor is small so large groups more then 4 might be a little tight squeeze but we will definitely be back

Stopped in for an evening ice cream treat after spending the day at Yosemite. What you see is what you get in regards to atmosphere/ambience, but don’t let that stop you. The ice cream and other treats are great! You won’t be disappointed. We were there during a rush, but the staff was extremely friendly and assisted us quickly.

This place is definitely ok. If you want ice cream and you’re in Mariposa, this is the place to go. Don’t expect anything exotic or great, it’s store bought ice cream. Probably a step above a generic grocery store brand. The portions aren’t generous either. On the other hand the service is good and I’ve got no complaints about that.

Amazing people running it. Came back for a second time. I oddly wanted coffee and they were nice enough to make it even though it was closing time and I told them it was ok. A must stop if you’re in Mariposa! Support good people!

We stopped by this place while staying in Mariposa on a weeklong yosemite national Park binge. We were sad to see that the most of the town was closed by the time we got there. However, it was a Sunday. Then again it was also Father’s Day. Either way my fiancé and I enjoyed our time having very creamy Blue Bunny brand ice cream In a fancy waffle cone. Yosemite Treats definitely needs to have some better advertisements and a big ice cream sign on the main Mariposa strip definitely help getting more business. We appreciated the friendly staff and they had more than enough flavors and varieties to choose from. I would definitely stop by here again on our way through town. The only reason I wouldn’t give this place a five star rating is simply because of the ambience. There’s no reason that this place couldn’t have a little bit more decoration and a little more color. It’s an old-fashioned iced cream parlor on the edge of Yosemite! Inside was a little boring compared to what we were expecting when we drove up.

My boyfriend and I came in here tonight for the first time; this is by far the best local ice cream shop I’ve ever been too and that’s saying a lot! From the start we had awesome service from the two ladies working there, they recommended the raspberry pomegranate and cake batter frozen yogurt mixed together — that’s what we both ended up with because it was really delicious! They have other things there too like milkshakes, smoothies, candy and cookies. The whole shop was really cute and colorful, and it was also very clean. You can also sign up for a rewards program and get points for every time you come in. From the great service to the delicious frozen yogurt, it was a great experience and we will be back!

Go, go, go. Real Espresso and Decaf Espresso. Almond milk if you don’t want dairy. The twins that run the place are awesome. Two local gals. Had frozen yogurt later in the day. Real cultures! Clean bathroom. Nice place.

Yosemite Treats is a delightful little ice cream and coffee shop in Mariposa. After a long day of hiking in the park, we were really feeling like a sweet treat and Yosemite Treats completely delivered. The two ladies working the night we visited were very friendly and really made the experience excellent. Our favorite part was the 7 mini scoop sampler they offer! I am terrible at picking a flavor and always want everything. With this little sampler I got to do just that! It was a very fun way to end a really nice day. From the moment we walked in and were greeted with smiles and friendly attitudes until we left with well wishes and good nights, we had a great time at Yosemite Treats. We’ll be back!

Stumbled upon this place when strolling in Mariposa downtown. Loved the icecreams. I had a scoop of coffee and butter pecan. Not too sweet, fitted to my taste. My daughter had birthday cake flavor and she loved it. Nice small local joint. They also serve yogurts, milkshakes, soda floats. Saving them for next time.

Yes! Finally a real ice cream place in town. If you’re looking for scoop style ice cream this is your place. They serve blue bunny ice cream in lots of flavors, and appear to make their own waffle cones(dipped and plain). They also serves frozen yogurt along with lots of topping options. I tried the strawberry cheesecake in a plain ol’ sugar cone and my partner tried the huckleberry in a waffle cone. Very reasonably priced. There are smoothies on the menu too along with sundaes and root beer floats… Coffee too. The staff were nice, the place is clean, and they’ve done a great job remodeling the inside. I will definitely be back and at least as of right now, would definitely recommend.

Fantastic selection of ice cream, frozen yogurts, shakes and much more. Worth stopping by going to or coming back from Yosemite, or just hanging around Mariposa. Good prices and great staff.
