I am greatly familiar with this brand of Thrift stores, and THISUNIQUEISTYPICALLYMYFAVORITEONE. I have always found great items in clothing and accessories in this store. There is even an occasional great find in pillows and bedding here. But, the prices have significantly changed over the past year, since changing ownership. For example, I found a decently worn women’s Coach purse priced at $ 149. WHAT??? You can pay that price in the regular retail store!!! Moreover, the staff can be a little crabby. They all seem to hate their jobs, and they grumble when you ask them any kind of questions! AND, the lines are unbelievable on Monday’s or other«special event days.» Still, there are hidden gems to be found in this store, which definitely makes it worth it for me to still go! Everything in the store is HALFPRICE on MONDAYS! There is an «early bird promotion» on Thursdays until 1:00 p. m… Plus, there are color-coded sales every other day of the week! Additionally, Unique usually has a Half-Priced Saturday or Monday surrounding during a Holiday weekend. In the clothing section, you can find anything from Target upwards to North Face. In the shoe section, you can find anything from Ugg to Payless Shoe Source. In the housewares section, you can find anything from Walmart to Llardro Collectibles. Of course some items are priced higher than others, but still you end up with a great thrifted item. The store is generally organized according to category and size. And, for the most part the store is rather clean. The items for sale have been donated at that location, as well as come from a truckload shipment from the parent company. All items require careful review, as some are damaged, with holes or rips. But, you can definitely find things brand new, never worn, with tags still on them. There is a 7 day exchange policy for clothing items with tags attached. You will only receive a Store Credit to be utilized the Same Day. FYI: This really isn’t the place to go if you are looking for any furniture items.

Monday is ½ off day and it can get very crowded. Like any other thrift store you have to hunt and peck at the merchandise if your not looking for anything in particular. I was looking for vintage blazers and vests. I was really lucky and scored a few key pieces. I’d definitely go again.
