These folks are notoriously hard to work with. They are certified as Pro Contractors by Generac to service their generators. Because they are the only ones in this area advertised on Generac’s web site they have a pretty nasty attitude.
Price-wise they are above most other companies not advertised by Generac.
While they can work with customers to accommodate it must be on their terms and won’t compromise.
Make sure YOU set the terms or call other electricians in the area who can be more flexible and cost effective.
