The way I see it, Elizabeth Grady of Marlboro basically stole money from kids !!
My kids got me a rather large Gift Certificate from the Marlboro location for Mothers Day a couple of years ago and it was accidentally thrown away. I recently decided to give them a call to see of there was anything they could do and the lady I spoke with said «yes we see that it HAS NOT BEEN REDEEMED/​USED however without the „actual“ Gift Certificate there was nothing they could do for me». My kids worked hard to collect the money for this gift. !!

Very expensive mani/​pedi $ 70 – not the cleanest room and my pedi already chipped after 2 days :(for the price it should last juuuust a bit longer, don’t you think?
And, they used Vaseline brand lotions. Seriously? $ 3 a bottle lotion for a $ 70 mani pedi?
The technician also gave a very bad excuse for a massage on my hands and feet– no pressure at ALL, I wanted to just tell her to stop because it’s pointless!
A big waste of money for what I got :(very disappointed.
