Burger King

Awful location. Slowest service ever without even other customers! Dirty tables and gross food. There a huge clump of lettuce butt on my burger!

Staff was asked to help us get on wifi. With a smile we were told the router might not be fixed. Staffer then checked with someone else who just shrugged their shoulders and said it hasn’t worked in a while. I asked them to check on the router and they just looked at each other. Guy number two said it doesn’t work and hasn’t worked in weeks. Guy number one said he would check on router. Think he just went through the motions. Why have a service if you are not doing what you have to do to make sure it works? If it hasn’t worked in weeks, why haven’t you taken initiative to fix it?

Drive thru has gotten better. This location is being renovated too. It’s been needing a face lift for awhile.

I must be a gluten for punishment. I’ve yet to have a good experience at this BK. The insanely slow service coupled with low quality food (I know it’s fast food but it’s really pretty bad) makes it hard to give it even a full star.
If it’s a franchise the owner needs to take more pride in the restaurant and if it’s corporate they should either shut it down or invest in better staff and ingredients.

Seriously are they selling special smack burgers? How is this place still in business. It’s kind of dirty, the service is slow, the staff would rather be texting than attend to you and they are always out of stuff. Who is managing this place, it’s one rung above a shady bodega.
The one pro is I have yet to contract food poisoning from a visit.

My large diet coke was basically a large glass of ice. $ 2 for ice. Rip off. Should have gone to convenience store across street best bet in Marlboro is to avoid all fast food. Seems this city has sub par workers. 10.10 owe hour what a joke

This is a review for mostly drive through service. Every time i go to BK without fail more cars leave the drive through due to the snails pace than order food. I average about a 10min wait here for drive through and sometimes as much as 15 – 20 mins at lunch. Do yourself a favor, if you’re looking for fast food this isn’t the place to get it. The burgers are ok but after waiting forever you could be nearly done with a meal at nearby places for the same price as a combo.

Simply put, the food at this Bk is less than average when compared to others.

If I didn’t have a zillion errands to do today I would have driven back to this über crappy BK and created my own «Occupy Burger King» rally.
In other words YOU SUCK DONKEY BALLS!
I will not be back unless I get a response from a BK Manager that includes an apology and a promise this will never happen again!

My brother ordered 3 meals at this BK a few months ago. One for my son, one for me, and one for himself. After we finished our meal, all 3 of us got sick… all at the same time. I felt horrible for my son because he’s only 4 and all he had was the chicken fries and french fries. My brother and I on the other hand had burgers. Because of this, I would NOT recommend getting any type of fast food from this BK.

I had a coupon book from the local circular ad so I decided to stop in. I get a craving for a burger once in a while and I stopped in when I needed to run some errands on my lunch break. Now I recommend this to anyone eating at BK: order your food «off the broiler». This basically means that they’ll take the frozen burger patty and a bun and run it through the broiler/​grill instead of taking them from a steamer. The 5 – 30 minutes the burger can wait in a steam table make a huge difference in the quality of the burger when you get it. Make no mistake, a BK burger done «off the broiler» is tasty. A BK burger done fast food style is soggy crap. I also have a weakness for onion rings, especially when they’ve been sitting out for a while since they get their onion taste and texture back. Yeah, its gross and unhealthy but makes for a delicious meal. Two whoppers and a side of large onion rings for $ 6. Thank god for AEDs.
