Clockwork Pizza

Very unhappy customer. I got home late from work on a Saturday and tried to order food that I found on their website. It was a coupon deal that I had right infront of me that was two large stuffed crust cheese pizzas for 13.99. The rude man on the phone pretty much told me I was making this up. After telling him I would gladly drive there and show him the coupon he told me he wouldn’t accept the coupon. He then said sorry and hung up the phone, even though I was going to order something different. Good food, terrible customer service… I understand it’s late.

Delivery time was short and accurate, pizza was great!

Clockwork Pizza does have a couple of tables in the place, but they clearly are looking to cater to the pick up and delivery folks. Whatever, it’s all about the food anyway.
I had a quick veal parm sub and it was prepared quickly. Nicely toasted bread with plenty of stuffing. The veal was okay, the cheese was okay and the sauce was pretty good.
I left filled. A good sandwich for lunch!

we ordered from them tonight, we are a regular of Clockworks. Clockworks have great calzone, subs and some pizza. Their salad is not good, some restaurants just not meant to make salads. My salad looked sad, it was just lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber and shredded carrots. Overall, great restaurant to order from, people there are great.

This is me and my boyfriends favorite pizza place of all time. They are always friendly on the phone and it’s no surprise the food is award winning. The big calzones are my favorite they are enough to feed two people or save the second half for another meal. I’ve always experienced great customer service whether it was at the shop by phone or delivery.

Just moved to Marlborough, used GrubHub to find somewhere to order from. Clockwork seemed to have really good reviews so decided to give it a try. Got the build your own calzone and mozz sticks. The sticks were fantastic, not overly breaded and tasted fresh. The dipping sauce was a little thin and on the sweet side, not my thing personally, but others may like it. The calzone was HUGE, when the driver handed me the box, I had to check to make sure I got the right order. Ordered it with sausage, pepperoni, onions, green peppers and bacon. Little skimpy on the bacon, but still amazing. Delivery was fast, beat GrubHub’s estimation by 10 minutes. Being new to Marlborough, this may become my regular pizza place. Very good.

great food. definitely worth it

I eat lunch there at least 3 times a week. My order is always ready and waiting for me at noon. The salads are the best in the city. I also get the wraps and the stuffed crust pizza. I’ve never had a bad meal there. There service is also 5 stars. I use the eat 24 app and it makes it even easier to order.

Horrible customer service! Placed an order for delivery and waited over an hour and a half. When I called they said its on its way, 20 minutes later I get a call back saying they thought it was a pick up. Having worked in the food industry and customer service for many years, I must say VERY UNPROFRSSIONAL! I have no idea how the food is, if customer service is an indication of the food, NO THANKS!!! I prefer spending my money on establishments that take pride in their product and customer service.

There’s an interesting trade off at Clockwork if you’re considering them over competition. Clockwork’s portions are on the small side but they’re incredibly good. Especially their specialty pizzas (the southwest bbq pizza is mouth watering), they are fantastic. My personal choice if I want delivery pizza in the area. Their calzones and subs are fairly good as well. The appetizers… eh. Have tried most of them at one point or another and have been disappointed. One time ordered the stuffed breadsticks and instead got a small cheese calzone that had been cut up into strips. Stick to the pizza, subs, and calzones and you’ll be very pleased with Clockwork, as I have been for several years now. Definitely beats any of the chains or other pizza delivery places I’ve tried.
Also on grubhub for delivery, they’ve beaten the website estimates for delivery by a wide margin every time I’ve ordered. Prompt and consistently good food.

Delivered right on time. Hot and Delicious! The sauce has a really good flavor and the crust was crispy and bubbly the way I like it.

I wish I could give this place zero stars for the customer service received tonight. My fiancé and I ordered pizza tonight around 8:45. Two things happened that were absolutely unacceptable;
1. There is a 10% off coupon for specialty pizza on Unilocal if you check in, we told the girl on the phone that we checked in and ordered a specialty pizza. She told us they don’t use that coupon anymore and meant to take it off Unilocal.We asked that they honor it and we were told no. So not a great start but no big deal.
2. Heres the kicker. We wait about an hour and get a call explaining that there is no room number that matches ours at the hotel they are at. Long story short they went to the wrong hotel when my fiancé told the girl on the phone the hotels address that we were at which was in Westborough several times. We were then told it was going to be a while before we get it since they don’t deliver here. Sorry but the girl who took our order made the mistake and if there was any sense of customer service here we would have been next on the list. At this point we had been hung up on twice and called back to speak to a manager. The girl on the phone said the manager was too busy to talk and we weren’t getting our pizza anymore and hung up AGAIN. Now, I can hear everything and I’m thinking «is this a joke!?!» My fiancé calls back again and demanded he spoke to a manager considering we were told we weren’t getting our pizza but got charged. The manager (I wish I knew her name) finally got on the phone and was just as rude as the other girl. My fiancé asked if he could get a refund considering our pizza wasn’t coming anymore and he was asked «do you want your pizza or not??!» He explained we were told it wasn’t coming anymore. At this point, no thank you, with the customer service and attitude received I wouldn’t be surprised if they spit on our pizza. We told her no and she said she will refund when she gets around to it because they are really busy.
I just kept thinking to myself is someone pranking us?! I am proud of my fiancé for keeping his cool because I would have lost it. Anyways I probably left out a few hang ups and rude remarks but you get the point. I would never recommend this place to anyone solely based on their despicable customer service. I have worked in customer service my entire life and if I ever treated people this way I would have been fired.

Decent pizza, good wings. But could have done a better job.

Customer oriented small dining area but for delivery or to go. Desserts, chips, salads and soft drinks avail. Exotic pizzas and wing avail.

Really good, so far we’ve had the Caesar salad, a regular Hawaiian pizza and a hamburger bacon pan pizza. the pics I have are of the pan pizza. Everything has been great, will continue to come back. Sounds weird but it’s like getting a pizza in the 80s or early 90s

Clockwork pizza has good pizza, good hot subs, and good salads.
I’m a consistent customer because my girl thinks it’s the best pizza in the town. I am a lover of thin New York style pizza — but the ingredients are damn good making this one of the best choices in the area.
I highly recommend the «Health Watch» pizza which is chicken alongside 2 veggies — which we pick tomatoes and olives.
If you pass on this place, you’re passing on a good local pizza and sub joint.

The buffalo chicken calzone I ordered was really good. The delivery, however, was not. I ordered from work with clear instructions on how to get to my door which is close to the main entrance on the outside of the building.
Due to my job, I can’t leave my area. The 2 delivery people ignored the instructions completely, even after they called me on where to go. When I said they had the wrong entrance, they told me I had to come to them. If it was a complex area I could understand, but the entrance is extremely easy to get to.
The calzone being good saved it from getting 1 star. If you order from here, do not get delivery.

— Their subs are alright, depending on what you get.
Yeah, that’s all I got.

My friend turned me onto this place… and I was happy that he did. I’ve ordered several things from here and nothing has been bad yet.
And, there was a time when I ordered something that they were out of, and boy did they take care of us… which shows that they not only have quality food, but believe in quality service as well.
As long as I’m in the area, this is somewhere that I will always order from.
