Had a great experience with this place. Brought my Dyson in because the brush wasn’t working and after examination they determined there was a problem with the motor too. They said it would take 40 mins to fix and it did. No fuss, no waiting extra. Easiest transaction ever. Best part, everything was covered under the warranty and my vacuum works great. Melissa was super helpful and I would definitely come back if ever in need again.

We are very happy with this service center. We worked with Adrian, and he was amazing. He really went the extra mile for us. He kept us informed during the entire process, and really explained everything that was going to happen. The vacuum is like new again-​we couldn’t be happier with their service.

I am so happy this place exists! I was very pleasantly surprised by how fast and I dont have to come back, but if I do I wont dread it!! efficient the staff were with my Dyson. I had taken it in due to a clog and was so happy that after they fixed it they also SHOWED me how to fix this problem the next time. Most places wouldnt want you to know «the secrets», but this place was not like that at all. I was also able to purchase an attachment for a good price.
Thanks to Adrian (I think that was his name) for helping me out and showing me the tricks for next time! Hopefully I dont have to come back anytime soon, but if I do In wont be dreading it!

We were having trouble with one of our Dyson vacuums when my mom realized we were a short distance from a nearby store. We just walked in and within a couple minutes the man who worked there explained what was wrong and then some, he figured out the problem and then cleaned out the vacuum all for no charge at all. Great service, friendly and fast!
