My boyfriend and I order from here ALL the time. Their food used to be delicious, but has since drastically changed so much and gone so downhill I think there must be new management. Also; we ordered tonight and ordered extra extra duck sauce on everything. We received one tiny container half full(delivery). I called and requested some to be quickly dropped off as we had ordered a large amount of food. The woman I spoke with was extremely rude and said if I «wanted extra than come get it». After a bit of debate she agreed to drop off the duck sauce we requested(3 more containers) but said it would be a dollar charge. Fine. The delivery man showed up with 2 containers and told me there was no charge for duck sauce. I gave him cash anyway for his trip. Not only would we stop ordering for their diminishing quality of food, but the woman on the phones rude attitude and complete disrespect for the customer solidified that decision

A typical take out Chinese restaurant. The house special fried rice is surprisingly good. Loaded with steak, shrimp and other stuff. The chicken fingers weren’t that good. Reasonable prices and quick delivery.

I used to order from here all the time. There were issues here and there, it often took longer than it should, but I let it go because it was decent enough and I didn’t feel like looking for a new place to order from… but this issue is beyond ignoring. I ordered chicken and broccoli and a side. Halfway through my meal I noticed something sticking out of a piece of my chicken. I pulled on it and out came a piece of thin metal(at least that’s what it looked like) about 3″ in length! I was disgusted. I called to let them know about it and they offered me a $ 5 gift card… um, no thanks because that means I’d have to get food there again. So they said they’d credit my card for the chicken.(and not the side because that was ok…) I sure hope they at least do that. I have pics of the«metal» but I can’t seem to find a way to post it… anyway heads up everyone!

Ordered chow mein and instead received chop suey. When I called, the person on the phone rudely insisted that I did, in fact, get chow mein. Funny, must be the one place that serves chow mein with zero noodles. Won’t order from here again.

The portions were large and very reasonably prices. Delivery was quick and food was hot when it arrived. I only gave it 3 stars because I thought the food wasn’t very flavorful. I have had better and we probably won’t order from here again.

Standard quick order Chinese food that is filling and nothing outlandish or exceptional. What it is, it is. I went with the sweet & sour pork. A good portion of battered and fried pork bits with a spring roll and a nice pile of pork fried rice. It was nice that the sweet & sour sauce was on the side. Usually, places drown the meat and make it all soupy. Not here, which was excellent. Good value for money, decent food. It’s A-OK.

My boyfriend and I are new to town, from Virginia. We have been settling for sub-par Chinese food for years and I’m so happy to say we’ve found a new spot! We ordered one of their combos, which my boyfriend appreciated because they offered spare ribs in lieu of soup. He’s never been a fan of the staple combo special because you don’t always want soup. I, on the other hand, ordered their new house soup and it was divine. It was a real chicken broth, slowly cooked and traditionally spiced. I got the shrimp soup and was pleased to find at least 1 ½ dozen shrimp bobbing at the top. It was under $ 7 and I have enough for lunch tomorrow. Price vs. Portion was an A+ We also both appreciate spice and restaurants that follow suit. They made it just spicy enough and it was still full of flavor!

One of the better Chinese takeout places in Marlborough. The portions are GIGANTIC! I do like that the food is not overly salty. The chicken lo mein and General Tso’s chicken have good flavor. Also, their scallion pancakes and egg rolls are pretty yummy. I do wish their crab rangoons had more flavor. Lastly, they have a great and very wide selection of combo options!

Great Chinese food — DON’T GETDELIVERY! Aside from continuously increasing their prices, the food quality is pretty good. Their delivery service however, could use some work. They constantly take over an hour, and when they do come they often forget a part of the meal. Overall, they are quickly moving from our #1 chinese food spot due to their higher prices every time we order, and the increasingly slower delivery times.

Horrible do not eat here– ribs are all fat — the steak is small and undercooked– to much batter on chicken fingers and they treat you like dirt– they do not care whether you buy from them or not so they are always rude and food is always either over or undercooked — have eaten her e 3 times now and will never again — Flaming Wok in marlboro is 100 times better– believe me stay away you will be alot better off

Staying at a hotel in town for the weekend and just finished with some delivery… dinner combos… 1 sesame chicken combo and 1 sweet and sour chicken… both some of the worst Chinese food I’ve eaten… nasty gristle in the chicken… terrible egg rolls… really there’s nothing good to report… well it was fast and hot… I’m no food snob, but your standards have to be rock bottom to think this is good food…

You get ONE star for good Peking Raviolis. You get a 2ND star for good, fresh Crab Rangoon which had actual crab in them. You get a 3RD star for the hunky, hot, dreamy, yummy guy who delivered my food. Mmmmmmm… YES you deserved that $ 6 tip you young, handsome delivery man you… The revolting, smelly, gross, horrid, bad(as in NOTFRESH) Egg Rolls were unforgivable. The burnt boneless spareribs AND rubbery bone-in spareribs that hurt my teeth are not acceptable. The doughy, tasteless chicken fingers were just nasty. Flaming Wok has won my taste buds. Your delivery man has won my heart. Unfortunately, I will not be ordering from Panda House ever again. Adieu my Adonis Blue…

I love this place, the food is cheap and good. My favorite is the Lo Mein, and kind chicken, pork, veggie they are all good, and I am NOT a big lo mein fan. Food is priced very well if not cheap. I love the all day specials. Wish the fired rice had a little more flavor, and that some of the sauces were a little less gloopy, but still VERY tasty.

Just finished some food from here. I didn’t even know the place existed until they threw an unsolicited menu in our front door. On a whim, we figured we should try it. We ordered: chicken fingers: they were on the smallish side and crispy, but that’s how I like them veg lo mein — good stuff. It actually had large pieces of fresh veggies. combo platter: general gao’s chicken, pork fried rice, and chicken teriyaki. The rice was okay. I’ve had better. The gao’s was very good. I absolutely loved the chicken teriyaki. It all came to less than $ 20. Delivery was relatively quick and they didn’t have trouble finding our house which is pretty common. We’ll be ordering again.

Love their food! We always order their steamed dumplings, hot and sour soup and chicken teriyaki. Everything always tastes fantastic! The only problem they have is that they sometimes tend to forget stuff when they deliver(drinks, sauces, etc.). Which can be a pain if you order with a credit card. But other than that the customer service is great.

In our never ending search of absolutely fabulous Chinese cuisine this food is pretty close and it is right around the corner from my daughters house… yeah!

This is literally the closest Chinese place to my house. I could walk to it without considerable effort. Despite that, I never bothered to try it. I think they didn’t deliver when I first moved(they do now), which was part of it, because Chinese food only gets ordered when I’m feeling particularly lazy… and then I had other menus and I forgot and then I’d drive by and say«oh, I should try them» and then I’d get sidetracked. And, recently, they put a menu in my mailbox which made it’s way to my menu box. Well, fellow Unilocalers, I have failed. COMPLETELY. The is, BY far, the best Chinese food I’ve had in the area. I simply won’t order from anywhere else again(well, unless it’s really late night and they’re closed by the«other guy» is open.) I ordered: Vegetable Lo Mein — tasty, smokey, full of crunchy veggies. Pork Lo Mein — I didn’t eat any of this, but I imagine it was on par with the veggie(–veggies add pork). Orange Flavor Chicken — expertly fried. loaded with fresh ginger and orange peel(for flavor) and broccoli(to give the illusion of healthiness where none exists) Three Delight in Garlic Sauce(chicken, shrimp, beef, veggies) — wonderful sauce. Giant vegetables. jumbo shrimp. tender meats. very good. BBQ Ribs — delicious Crab Rangoon —(Free with coupon) This was a GIANT order, especially considering it was free. I expected like 4 or 5 rangoons and there was a whole giant box full. That said, these weren’t the best rangoons I’ve had… they needed more onion/“crab“crab”. It was too cream cheesy. Also, they substituted my white rice for brown rice. THEYHAVEBROWNRICE. That, like, never happens at a Chinese place. Mind you, I have no illusions that brown rice made my Americanized grease filled mostly fried or pan fried delicious crap remotely good for me, I just prefer brown rice over white, flavor-wise. Anyway, I spent about $ 40 and had enough food to feed at LEAST5 ppl well, maybe even 10. Also, this is a take-out only place. There are no tables. There is no bar. Ignore every other Chinese food review I’ve written for Marlborough and order from Panda House. NOW. You won’t be sorry.
