Premium Cabinet Wholesalers

On Presidents day weekend my wife and I finally decided to upgrade our kitchen cabinets. We were on our way to Home Depot and on the way we saw Premium Cabinet Wholesalers so I figured we mine as well stop here first. Right away I was blown away by the showroom. At first I didn’t want to seem too eager as you do when making any large purchase. I told the person on the sales floor Peter I was just browsing and he said «if you need anything just let me know». After we saw what we were looking for we talked about price and so on with him. Peter knew everything there was to know about every product. I knew in my head that we were buying this kitchen cabinet set. I told Peter that we would like to purchase this set. He said «that’s great but before you do please go over to Home Depot and compare the prices». I was very leery at this point as never before has a competitor of any product I have ever purchased told me to shop around. Sure enough my wife said «let’s go check out Home Depot». I was blown away. The price was more than double at Home Depot as it was at Premium Cabinet Warehouse. We went back to Peter and thanked him and purchased it. This was on Saturday and we had the cabinets installed on Monday. Very quick turnaround. I would definitely recommend Premium Cabinet Warehouse and Peter to anyone looking for cabinets.

I wouldn’t even give this one star if I was allowed. Dealing with Peter at this location has been nothing short of a nightmare. Peter walks around with your ‘folder’ in his possession and doesn’t inform the other 2 competent staff members about any of the details or verbal promises he made. Peter ‘forgot’ several things that supposedly were included but weren’t and then charged us for later. He does NOT follow through. Once the sale is made he wipes his hands of you. He has lied to our face, made promises he had no intention of keeping (I caught him on this more than twice) and has left me in the lurch at the last minute. We have been without water for over a week due to the lack of communication and unethical practices of Peter. The vendor who initially recommended him to me (with some reservation) is no longer willing to recommend this company due to the enormous number of complaints about Peter. One red flag should have been when I personally witnessed him screaming at and belittling his staff in front of me. The Better Business Bureau will be receiving a formal complaint …

Ok, so we started looking at cabinets and countertops to replace some water damage from ice dams over the winter and fell upon this great operation out of Marlboro. They could not have been more incredible to us. We were looking at a reasonably priced project and when we went to Home Depot/​Lowes and saw the quality of their standard stuff we were lead to try Cabinet Wholesalers. Peter is amazing and we ended up with more than we than we thought we could afford by using them and even expanded the project. We used them for high quality cabinet and granite countertops for our entire kitchen, and from design to delivery to countertop install, it was top notch service! Everything was delivered ahead of schedule so our contractor was ready to go on the cabinets and as soon as he was able to start and we used Peter’s countertop installers who showed up to template within 12 hours of the cabinets being done and had our countertops installed withing 6 business days.
I will say that they are very busy. They do work on major projects as well as small residential projects so the phone is always ringing, but it never impacted anything on our project. Peter really cares about his service level to everyone. Can’t thank them enough.
