Sears Portrait Studio

I have been to this location a few times & have had Cindy & have loved her, now keeping in mind thay my son was 1 and 1.5 and wasnt that hard to work with at that age…
But Cindy was great, she was over animated — she made the kids (My gf takes her son at the same time) smile & act goofy…
So I called a few weeks ago knowing I needed my sons 2 Year pics & she wasnt going to be available at the time that worked for us so we decided to opt for Trisha, I figured how bad can it be its just some pics…
So on my most recent visit I get there at 6pm on a Friday (now I live in Boston), so I sat on the pike to get there for 2 hours… My son is already being a pain when we get there…
She starts right in to prep the room & then tells us — she has another appt that she double booked so she will be needing to step out (WHAT!!!) thats not how its supposed to work, but Im not going to argue…
So then she begins to take pics well TRY, my son is running all over the place… Im trying to tell her to just snap I dont care if he isnt looking or posed all perfect, but she wasnt really hearing me…
Then her other appt comes so she leaves the room, which isnt adding to my sons enjoyment level (now we are there about 45 mins), then other people start dropping by to pick up pics & she leaves the room again…
Now I wouldnt mind this normally, but the last 2 times I have been there to pick up photos, I had to wait in the waiting room till the photographer was done shooting, why the rush to run out of the room now… so my patience level at this point is nearing its end & my gf knows Im about to start getting loud & she is just like, Calm down, trying to stop me from blowing up…
She comes back & finishes the pics… Then tells me she needs to go over orders with another customer & then she’ll do us after…
Well luckily there are toy/​play things in the lobby that entertained the boys for another 20 mins before she was done…
Finally it was our turn & she starts to show me the pics & says I didnt do any embellishments, just because I didnt do any, Im busy!
Im like Ok, Smile it off & think to myself I cant wait to come review her here… She was trying her best to be courteous, but her best sucked…
As we were finishing another couple comes in & she tells me their son is really impatient so she needs to hurry to get to him, WTF… are you serious, you have been dissing me the entire night & now you want to rush me out…
Well Trisha, dont worry I wont be back — at least not to you… I probably wont even visit this Sears again, I dont love that they dont snap away & takes tons of pics & give me more to choose from…
I have been to Portrait Innovations & they snap away soo fast that I usually have 100 – 200 pics to choose from, yeah that might be somewhat excessive, but with a moving, running child, you need to snap more than just 8 shots & give me more to work with…
So thanks for your pics, but I will probably not be back! Im too picky!
