We went to this Staples because it was the only one within a reasonable driving distance that had the printer that my husband wanted. Picked up the printer then my husband noticed a chair that is going on sale next week. He asked a salesperson about it and the salesperson said that he would give my husband the sale price a day early and have it shipped for free to our house so we bought that. Meanwhile I was clearance shopping and found a whole bunch of small items for stocking stuffers as well as office supplies. As we were checking out, the manager noted my purchases and told me that they restock clearance weekly.
I could not be more pleased. The attentiveness and courtesy of the staff as well as the product availability was exceptional. We will definitely go back.

I am a severe asthmatic and had to Dip into this location to nebulize.
Scotty the manager was accommodating from the moment I walked through the door. He set me up nicely in the break room, helped me accordingly and literally saved my life.
Once I caught my breath, he helped me get my phone charger that I needed and a super cool 3 ring binder/​suitcase for my organizational needs.
It’s rare to see staff be so compassionate and helpful these days. Scott genuinely cared and I will be sending a letter to corporate in Framingham to make sure that he is promoted.
If you want to be treated compassionately as a customer go to this location.
Andy at the counter also did a great job.

I’ve had very positive experience at this store. The associates and managers are always very helpful, they even insisted on carrying a ream of paper to my car. The store is always clean, well lighted, plenty of parking.

Disappointing Service. I had a customer purchase a Microsoft Office Key Card from Staples. While I was there working on their systems, she tried to scratch off the code and the card disintegrated. We were not able to get the code and it was obvious by looking at the card. I told her we would purchase it online so we could have it installed while I was there to help her and she could return the junk to Staples. Unfortunately Staples would not refund her but would only exchange so she is now stuck with 2 licenses that she does not need. I’ve always had good things to say about Staples in the past but this one is very disappointing.

Caitie C. may have dropped one too many happy pills. This particular Staples is not a poor excuse for a store, by any means, I just refuse to believe a standard, whitewashed box store outing can result in a 5-​star rating.
I called ahead looking for t-​shirt press paper and was told it was in stock. When I entered the store, I mentioned I called and the guy showed me exactly where they were. Standard practice.
A second line opened up at the registers and the exit was hastened. This too is standard practice. During no point in my visit was anything other than the first day training quotes, ‘Did you find everything OK’ and ‘Can help you find anything else’ used.
Staples is a large, clean and organized retail store that is exactly what anyone would come to expect. That was easy, so easy I felt like I was on autopilot the entire time.

All the salesmen are very nice. I’d be walking and one of them would ask if I need any assistance. They would open another cash register if the line grows. Also, no interrogations when returning items. In and out with returns!
The crew at the copy center is great as well. Always been able to make copies the way I want it. If it’s something weird, they would print out a test page to verify with me.
As for the space itself — neat and clean. For the most part, I’ve been able to find what I need with ease. Sometimes, they have good deals on office supplies.
