Sullivan Tire Auto Service

I took my car here for new back brakes and an oil change, when they called me with the estimate they informed me that I needed a new battery, air filter, transmission flush, spark plugs, and a light bulb for my license plate in addition to what I brought it in for. I told them that at this time I only wanted the new battery, brakes, and oil change done, they said no problem. When I picked up my car I was told a total amount and handed several sheets of paper, no word of what they did. I got home and looked over the papers they gave me only to see they did all the work I asked them not to do and then charged me for it! I sent two emails to try to get a hold of someone to help figure out why they did the extra work even though I had asked them not to, but I received no response. I then called the manager today, who was very rude and told me that I gave the ok for them to do all the work, when I asked to be refunded for the services they did that I did not ask for he told me he would refund me and mail me a receipt, but they only refunded me a portion of the total. Nice! Will not be going back there.

I walked in here this morning and the guy at the counter asked me how he could help me. I told him one of my tires had a leak. He just stared at me with a weird look on his face as if I walked into the supermarket and said I needed tire repair. After about 45 seconds of him staring at me with the ridiculous smirk on his face, I started looking around making sure it was actually Sullivan TIRE!
Finally after staring at me for over 1 minute he said… okayyyyyyyy, well we can’t do it today. I walked out.
These clowns don’t seem to know how to manage their business. Why turn away a customer like that. I guess they’re not concerned with maximizing sales.
Went to Sears instead.

Ordered four tires online and was told that I ordered the wrong size and was scolded for ordering online. Why offer this convenience if it makes things harder? The women with long blonde hair was extremely rude when informing me that I ordered the wrong size. She walked away while explaining and continued to explain while she was in another room. The remaining employees seemed very nice, so just stay away from the blonde lady. Thankfully they had the appropriately sized tires in stock and were able to install them. Took two hours when I was originally told it would take an hour:/

I went to Sullivan tires and got a quote for new tires, $ 950.00 then I went somewhere else reputable the quote was $ 585.00 can you say rip off artists !

I have been doing business with this company for 20 years and will never use them again. I just checked and saw they never changed the oil filter after charging me for an oil change. Even after spending thousands of dollars with them they treat me like a number and speak so rudely to me its offensive. I just sent an email to all 60 of my employees telling them never to use them again.

Excellent for car inspections. They did it in 10 minutes for me, which is great because I was running back to work and needed to get it completed. Professional, clean, and friendly. I am recommending them to all of my colleagues.

The people who run this store are inefficient, inconsiderate, and RUDE. I bought a full set of tire sthere a year ago and wanted to come in for a simple tire rotation. I called to make an appointment and they said that they had no appointments scheduled for the afternoon and that I could just come in. In fact I TRIED to schedule an appointment but the guy insisted that it would be better if I just showed up as a walk-​in. So I drove right over, got there about 15 minutes later and they said that it would be over AN HOUR AND A HALF before they could get me in. I told the counter guy what I had been told on the phone and he made some snarky smart aleck comment (VERY RUDE PERSON) so I walked out.
I will NEVER give any Sullivant Tire branch a dimes worth of my business again. I will gladly pay my local mechanic to do tire rotations from now on even though (in theory) I could get them free at Sullivan Tire since I bought the tires there.

Just got two new front tires and an updated inspection sticker here the other day. They were great about doing a price-​match for tires I found online, no undisclosed fees that we didn’t discuss on the phone… but they swore up and down that I’d be in and out in under an hour, so I decided to wait it out rather than avail myself of their free shuttle to go to work. I ended up being there for 2 full hours, no explanation as to what took so much longer than quoted, and when I paid and got my keys and headed out to my newly-​tired car, I saw the old sticker still on my windshield. I had to go back inside and let them know, and they had to take my car back inside for another 10 minutes to get the sticker on. Good honest service — just maybe not the best bet if you’re in a rush.

Just got my new tires today from Sullivan’s Tires. The service was great, only took an hr and half. could have been quicker if didn’t have to get my registration sticker but other than that they were honest up front. No hidden costs. I recommend in getting their warranty. especially the crappy conditions of the roads. your tires are pretty much covered. I def recommend this place for new tires and other auto services. They had a promotion buy 3 get 1 free. got the Atrezzo sailun tires. everything with the registration sticker came about to $ 391. I am a satisfied customer!
