I lived here for one year (just moved out March 2015) I made a ton of friends & the management team was amazing !!! Any time there was a problem, they were right there to fix it !!! Thank you again for everything !!!

Great place to live. Staff very responsive to service requests and very knowledgeable. They reminded me when my lease was to expire and gave clear instructions on what to do. However, they’re a bit too strict on guest parking policy. You have to go to leasing office (closes at 6pm on weekdays, limited hours on weekends) every occurrence to get a guest pass otherwise, guests will be towed. You would think it’s downtown boston or something. Other than that, nice place to live. SUGGESTION: Give each apartment 2 guest parking passes for guests and monitor the guest parking area for abuse.

Lived here for almost 4 years, and while it is in a nice area and everything looks fine from the outside, looks are deceiving.
*Management company is difficult to work with.
*Maintenance crews are not good.
*Amenities are worthless.
*Constant revolving office staff.
*Communication skills are lacking.
*Washers and dryers not working.
*Teenagers hanging out in the parking lots.
*Cars being set on fire.
*Parking lot lights not working.
*Fire alarms going off.
*Increasing rent every year.

Salem, CT
Read the fine print on your lease. Signed a 3 month lease with a beginning and ending date. After we moved out were told we were obligated for another 30 days rent because we never notified them in writing that we were leaving. How did they not know we were leaving when our lease ended in 90 days and that was the lease agreement? What a scam they have going on there. Even called them at the beginning of the month to ask what we owed for the remaining time of the agreement and they never told us we owed any more than the obligation for the remaining time of the original 90 days. STAY AWAY. Sad that people are so greedy and misleading. NOT TRUSTWORTHY.
