Warning! Very disappointed in this company. Had a bad feeling from the start. Had scheduled a birthday party for my daughter and after the date was confirmed the wife (Melinda) said that another party had already been booked and my date would have to be changed. Then the day of the party the driver called me a half hour before he was supposed to arrive saying he was only leaving the first party in Rhode Island and that he would be a half an hour late, Turns out he was an hour and a half late, I had initially scheduled an additional feature for an additional $ 25 which was not set up because the driver was so late. I contacted the owner, the husband (Matt) SEVERAL times by phone and text about my refund and he finally said that he would send me a check but guess what I never received it. So he lied. I would never use or recommend this company again for a party so beware, it’s a Fraud!
