We had a few companies come out to us trying to get us to put up solar panels on our roof. Richard from Vivint was the difference! He explained everything to us thoroughly and the installation was a snap! We started saving money immediately and unbeknownst became the first of several houses on our street to go green! Way to go Richard and Vivint!

This company installed solar panels on our roof on 9÷9÷14. They are still not connected and customer service is very poor. When we call they give no answers. With the cost of electricity we have lost a lot of money in 7 months and had we known this we would have gone with another company. I do not recommend this company at all!

Uxbridge, MA
Called to get a quote, 3 weeks later and still no quote. Two people came out the first one was nice, the second one was nice but was supposed to come back and never did. Why would I want to trust this company to do work to my house if they can’t even do a quote. Sorry I don’t trust them!
