This Goodyear is conveniently located on the back side of Marlow Heights shopping center. They are easily accessible from St. Clair drive and St. Barnabas Rd. If you are already in the Plaza, exit near uniform shop and make a right.
Goodyear has serviced all of my repairs that did not have to be completed at the dealership. I have found them to be very fair in pricing and delivery in most instances my final quote including all parts labor and disposal is a third if what the dealer quotes me.
The staff at this location are always pleasant and helpful. I visited the recently for a fuel injection cleaning, in cabin filter, and air filter change. Not only was I in and out in a reasonable let amount of time, but my price range remained exactly as quoted over the phone. No hidden or additional costs.
This location provided me with great information with purchasing my tires even though I wasn’t purchasing there.
Today their service topped the cake with the follow up phone call I received to ensure I didn’t have any questions or issues. Thank you Marlow Heights Goodyear for always being a pleasant experience!

I went to get a tire repaired after a nail went through it. Goodyear right? Good place to go to get it repaired. WRONG. They said they couldn’t repair the tire because FEDERAL LAW prohibited it so I would have to buy two new tires. So instead of the $ 19.99 tire repair bill they handed me an estimate for $ 500 for two tires. Yes I know that they see a middle aged woman and think they can get away with that, but there is NO FEDERAL LAW saying they can’t repair that tire. He just said that to get me to buy tires. I told him there was no federal law and I insisted he prove there was. He finally admitted there was NO federal law. I told him you better stop telling people that. When I said I refused to buy the tires, they adjusted the cost of the two tires from $ 500 to $ 324! Goodyear! If I can’t trust you at the store, why should I trust your tires?
