By far the worst, most unprofessional salon I have ever worked for … The owners know nothing about hair but he does know how to rip off his stylists and hold their paychecks and there damn good at never having hair color … Goodluck if you get your hair done there chances are your color won’t be the same two times in a row considering they have zero color. The franchise should be embarressed of these owners running their name to the ground

Just walked out on a slow Tuesday night… was told it might be a half hour wait, even though only 1 person was in front of me, and 2 stylists, one of whom had a client. The customer in front of me was taken almost immediately… an HOUR later, the already occupied stylist was STILL with the same client as when I walked in, and had a friend, it appeared, walk in and jump my spot in line. The other stylist was still with the same client that was taken immediately after I walked in. All the while, they’re chit chatting and never once made any attempt to recognize my presence in their store.
I have been to this location a couple times, with decent results, but will not be back after this episode. Never again… if you don’t value my time, then you don’t deserve my business.

I went here on a whim after eating at the Mexican restaurant next door. I was hesitant due to the name (Cost?) and generic appearance. Glad I went, turned out to be the best haircut and color/​highlights I have had since moving to Jersey. Adrian was great and listened to my requests (I wanted to cover a bit of gray and have an easy cut to style) I’m so happy, its a cute cut and so easy to do in the morning. She also recommended an olive oil based shampoo and conditioner that has worked wonders on my dry hair. And the cherry on the top is that the haircut, coloring/​highlights and wax only cost me $ 90. I have never paid less than $ 150-​$ 200 for a haircut and coloring/​highlights. I also met the owner who was really nice, he was cleaning and sweeping and assisting his staff in the salon which was nice to see. Finally found my local salon.
