Worst alarm company that I have every used. There are three branches (broken ones) when using ADT. Expect collection calls for invoices never sent. No coordination between the installation, monitoring, and billing. 45 min.-1 hour phone calls that are not fruitful. You will never get your 100.00 promised prepaid gift card, no one can tell you how to receive it.
Emails and calls of problems that don’t exist, systems that don’t work, and bait and switch from «free» installations to $ 1,100.00 installations.
Do yourself a favor, buy a dog or get high tech and go with NEST.
