I love Jersey Mikes. Their staff is always friendly and polite; and they have the best subs.

Stopped by during the lunch rush. My Italian sub was delicious and prepared in less than 5 minutes. Managed to find a seat but there are less than 10 tables.

Best place for hoagies. Lunch meat is always fresh, as is the rolls and the toppings. «Mike’s way» is really what make it. I’ve never had them but my friends love their cheese steak wraps. I go back n forth between the #8 and #13, both are awesome. And you better believe it beats the sh*t out of wawa.

Very nice employees and they have tasty hoagies but to me Jersey Mike’s doesn’t stand out much differently than a Wawa hoagie. What I really disliked about eating here was when I was craving a philly cheesesteak and decided to order their philly cheesesteak Mike’s way which includes sweet peppers. I was not a fan and it just didn’t satisfy my cheesesteak craving. The meat just wasn’t that good and part of the meat in my cheesesteak was still slightly pink. It might have been partly my fault for ordering it with sweet peppers. Onions were stringy too. I prefer mine chopped and fried into smaller pieces so that they don’t come stringing out like slimy worms when you take a bite. Rolls were soft and portions were big. I think I will stick to their cold deli hoagies.

People that go here are sorry(clueless) sorry . Sure if I was in another region of the country maybe this place would do but living in this region of the country we have so many other superior sandwich shops. This place is 1 notch better then Subway in all honesty.

After growing up in Northern NJ, close to NYC, I had grown accustomed to tasty subs made with the freshest & highest quality meats, cheeses & rolls. They were stacked with meat & a ½ sub was more than enough for 2 people to share. These delis were neighborhood staples & both the owners & employees made you feel appreciated as a customer. After moving to the Philly suburbs, I was introduced to a new word; hoagie. Supposedly hoagies are the same as subs but I can tell you that they are not! Subs aren’t laden with an inch thick smear of mayonnaise to make up for the meager offerings of meat & cheese which seems to be a common theme with hoagies! When Jersey Mike’s opened up, my husband had tried them & came home raving. Since then, we have gotten subs from the Marlton Jersey Mike’s every other week & occasionally more often. We like that it’s clean & the staff are friendly.

The cheesesteak is pretty good here. The first time I stopped in, I ordered one with sweet peppers. I wasn’t a fan of all the sweetness in my sandwich, but that was my fault. The next time I ordered plain. Very chewy rolls! Great service and welcoming employees!

I honestly can’t say how many hundreds of times I’ve driven past this restaurant. However today was one of those«why not» occasions, so I decided to swing in for lunch. I walked in and immediately from the 3 employees behind the counter, I received a very warm welcome. While perusing the menu, they offered their suggestions and explained what«Mike’s Way» meant. Service was excellent and pleasant. I ordered the Jersey Shore’s Favorite and had it Mike’s way which, after having eaten the sub, I would rethink for next time. The way it was prepared had too much oil and vinegar which made for an excessively wet sandwich. Don’t get me wrong, I love oil and vinegar on my hoagies but not when it’s heavily dripping from the back after each bite. Even though it was wet and falling apart, the sub still tasted fine. Maybe it’s just hit or miss; that some employees who make the sandwiches are a little too heavy-handed with the liquids. This place is a step up from Subway, about the same as Wawa, and not as good as Lee’s Hoagies in Crispin Square. I would go back if I was passing by and was hungry, but when I get it Mike’s way next time I’d tell them either go light on the oil and vinegar or just put it on the side.

Such a great welcome every time I come here. The sandwiches are awesome and the bread is way better than wawa. Less choices for toppings but ultimately a better quality hoagie.

I like to give credit where credit’s due, and frankly, the Marlton Jersey Mike’s Sub makes AMAZING subs. My disclaimer is that I often ask for slight modifications or some extras, and they always graciously comply. We’ve all tried subs from Blimpie, Subway, Wawa, and QuickCheck– there is no close second to Jersey Mike’s(I can’t believe some people actually believe that Jersey Mike’s is on par with a Wawa sub). My favorite sub is The Super Sub(that prosciuttini & cappacuolo ‘doe!), aka #5, with mayo, lettuce, extra onions, tomatoes, extra sweet peppers, oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, and oregano, on seeded bread(pictured here). In any case, they are very generous with their toppings. I alluded to this earlier: the customer service here is SUPERB. Every single time I’ve visited, I was greeted with genuine enthusiasm and friendliness from all the employees. They are very courteous and more than willing to get your order right, just the way you like it(so don’t be afraid to ask!). It’s refreshing to be at a place where they appreciate their customers, and through this review I hope they know they are very much appreciated too!

I love this place. The ingredients are fresh, the bread is soft and flavorful and the staff is very friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for a quality sandwich at a great price, this is definitely the best place in the area.

If I had the option, I would give this place a 4.5 but I am going with a 5 because their service puts them over the edge. 1– Food is fresh– as in they slice your meats and cheeses right when you order. Anything grilled is done by order. Nothing sits. 2– Everything is clean. 3– The food is good and at a good value. Get the Mike’s card– I have gotten great deals and even free sandwiches. 4– Best service of any local place. I live within minutes of Mike’s and often choose it over other places solely based on their service. You always get a smile and a hello and you can tell they appreciate your business. This goes a long way and is much of the reason I frequent Mike’s as often as I do. This is definitely my first choice for a sandwich place.

I appreciate that this location tries… is a friendly place and a clean place. it is hard to compete for lunchtime dollars with whole foods Einstein and Fridays in the same shopping center as well as a Chinese restaurant, honey baked ham and Domenico’s Italian. I have gone a few times now when I have been sent a good deal in the mail. I find the roast beef they use on their subs to be first rate excellent . this time I had a turkey and provolone and it was average at best. I am NOT a fan of their bread to say the least. they use way too much shredded lettuce and have too few topping options. the turkey was basically tasteless and over processed. the provolone cheese have little taste it did not have any sharpness to it nor any smokiness. To drive the 2 miles to this location I have to pass Marcellos, Montesini’s, Dads deli and Skylers ALL of who make far superior Hoagies/subs. I also have to pass Wawa who is on par as far as quality. We need to keep stores filled in our township we have way too many empty locations in the town fathers are in denial. there are several food businesses in this particular shopping center that have bit the dust and I have a feeling another one is on the way so I am hoping that these guys make it… unfortunately a giant chain like this and its strict corporate policies are going to prohibit the owners from having any flex to up the quality tangibles in areas that they need to.

This is my first visit. I was impressed with the neat and orderly appearance of this establishment. The staff was helpful with me making my decision. I stated to them that this was my first time eating at Jersey Mikes. I got the #8, Turkey & Ham with Bacon with Provolone cheese. I was asked which size I wanted, I got the Mike size.(10 inch sub i think) It was just right. The bread was fresh and soft. My sub was pretty good. I also got a chocolate chip cookie. It was baked and wrapped. It was fresh too. Overall I was satisfied with my lunch. I will definitely eat here again. I was focused on just getting a sub this time. I didn’t really spend time surfing over the menu.

The food is really good — not a huge selection(which is actually a good thing) but really high quality, nicely prepared and served fresh. What really stands out for me is the service at Jersey Mike’s(and not just at this location). The staff are attentive and friendly. More importantly to me and to other vegetarians, every time I’ve eaten at a Jersey Mike’s and ordered a cheese sandwich, the staff member will politely ask, «Are you by any chance a vegetarian?» and when I say yes, they ask if I’d like to have my cheese cut on their dedicated cheese slicer. They also ask if you’d like them to change their gloves — and if you say yes, anyone else in the serving line changes their gloves as well! In twenty-five years of being a vegetarian, I’ve never heard this request anywhere else — not even in similar sandwich-oriented restaurants that openly promote their vegetarian and vegan offerings. Even if you’re not a vegetarian, that kind of attentiveness to customers’ needs is a very good and very rare sign. Highly recommended.

The entire time I wished I was eating a primos or Sarcone’s hoagie. The sandwich was slightly better than wawa(that’s not saying much) but not in the same ballpark as the top hoagies in the area.

Jersey Mike’s is my favorite sub shop. There are no locations of this regional chain close to my house, so when I have the option of stopping in, I definitely take advantage. Their shtick is that they slice their meat and cheese to order, which is a nice touch. It looks like they bake their own bread. My favorite sub is the Club Supreme — which has roast beef, turkey, Swiss, and bacon. They also have a wide variety of hot sandwiches and offer any sub as a «sub in a tub» — a salad. I always get my subs Mike’s way, which includes lettuce, tomato, onion, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, and spices — it is definitely the way to go. About the only improvement I could make is for them to start stocking Herr’s potato chips. I have been to this location twice in the past couple weeks and, although it is not a lot to look at from the outside, I have found the staff to be especially friendly. I am not sure if it is the owner or the manager behind the counter, but he does a great making suggestions to customers, striking up conversations, and extolling the virtues of the chain and it’s sandwiches. Go to Jersey Mikes.

Had my first Jersey Mike’s Sub today. I thought it was comparable to WaWa’s deli hoagies. The bread is a little different, but overall similar. That being said, I will probably stick to Wawa since it’s cheaper. Worth trying out though and not bad. The workers here didn’t seem very friendly though. Not rude or anything, just not that interested in how I was doing or if I enjoyed my food. I was the only one there and they didn’t talk to me or say goodbye when I left. No biggie, but just wanted to make a note of that. Would I go back? Eh, maybe. I would like to try their cheesesteaks. I’ll update this review if I go back.
