I began using them through a Living Social Deal. Although they were extremely late, they did an excellent job as promised. I decided to keep using them and it has gone down from there. When we signed up for monthly cleaning, they were really really late the first two times. They made me late for other appointments and their reply was to have me leave a house key out for them. I told them that I was not 100% comfortable with this and that I did not want to chance them letting my two dogs out. They told me that they wouldn’t, and while I believe them, I know that accidents happen and if my dogs got out, they could be hit by a car or something terrible. After two months, we were able to work it out where I could be home to let them in. It took me two emails to finally get a list of the services included in the cleaning. I’ve been told at each visit that I’d get a list of the cleaning dates to put on my calendar, and I still haven’t received it. The service of cleaning has never been as good as the first time. While it’s adequate, I have to remind them to pick up things like picture frames or small knick knacks to dust under. I asked them to wipe down my stairs and they only did that once. They also do not wipe down the floor in my pantry which is attached directly to the kitchen. Today, I got an email asking how they were getting into the house. Unfortunately, I completely forgot to count out the Monday’s and I am unable to be home to let them in. I got back a very short email that was read with a snide tone telling me that I left them no choice but to reschedule. Basically, if you’re 100% flexible with scheduling or if you are comfortable giving them a house key, you are good to go.

They have cleaned for me twice. The first time was good. Not excellent, not horrible, just good. I had issues the second time. I booked through an online deal and stayed home from work to get a mid week appt. They didn’t show up. I had to reach out to the owner to find out that she had an employee issue and they weren’t going to make it. So we rescheduled. Again, I scheduled to go into work later to get a midweek appt. They were 45 minutes late and I had to leave. She THEN informed me that they have a policy that ISNOT listed in the deal or on their website that they have a 60 or 90 minute window on arriving for your apt if you are not one of her regular customers. So if you have a 1:00 apt they might not get there until 2 or 2:30. This is something that should be listed in the deal and/or clearly communicated when you book your appointment. Not after they don’t show up for your appointment time. Just something to be aware of before you purchase a deal as a new customers.
