I enjoyed the couple of instructors I had a class with, but found the owner very difficult; it did not seem to be a priority for her to have positive interactions with her clients. When I talked to others in class I found that I was not alone in this feeling! It’s a shame because the instructors were so friendly and kind.

I have been coming to Pilates Plus Restoration for about 3 years. I have found that the instructors work to individualize the sessions, even when there are 6 people in class. I’ve seen a great change in my body and in my strength and stability. I would highly recommend Pilates Plus.

Great pilates studio. I’ve been here before and have always found the instructors to be great-​very knowledgeable, very helpful, very willing to teach. Keep in mind though-​this is a pilates studio-​no hybrid classes here.
