The only reason they get 2 stars is because they have beautiful furniture. I went into Pottery Barn to purchase a gift and the staff couldn’t have been ruder. Every last one of the women in that store were so rude. No hello, no how are you, not even«Can I help you?» Never again.

I really like their style, but I think they are very overpriced and rarely buy from them. Just ask a sales associate what their discount is.

Wedding and baby showers are the necessary evils in life that all girls(who have friends and want to keep them) must go through. For some reason, these experiences are particularly harrowing for even the most unshakable of unwed women. Luckily, the good folks at Pottery Barn are well-versed in these matters. From the moment I walked in the door with a clueless look on my face, I was guided through the process and sent on my merry way with a beautifully wrapped gift and some warm and fuzzy feelings.
