Scotto Pizza

The people are very friendly. The food is okay. It’s near my work and we sometimes go here. It’s not my first choice but it’s not my last.

All I can say is DELICIOUS. This has to be one of the best pizza places around. And probably some of the best pizzas I have ever had. No joke. My parents came to visit the east coast for 7 days and they requested Scottos two times during their stay! Every time I go to pick up my pizza the staff greets me with amazing smiles and positive energy. I get even more excited I get to eat my pizza once I get home! Lol I have yet to try other items on the menu, but I’m sure they are all heavenly. Most def recommend!

My favorite place in the area, by far. A little pricier than the other places, but worth it. Great place to get it to go, or eat in. All around awesome.

My wife had a custom salad and said it was «amazing» pizza is new york style and i thought it was pretty good stuff. Nice that you can order by the slice.

I’ve been going to this pizza joint for over 20 years and have never had a bad meal. Their regular crust pizza is awesome, as is their thick crust pizza. You can’t go wrong with either one. Their white pizza is truly delicious. You can order from the menu, but I like to go to the location to see what unusual types of slices they have. Like today I got mac n cheese pizza and as expected it was great. Best pizza place in the area hands down.

Pizza is ok. I was expecting NY style pizza with spices in the sauce. This pizza is bland. I added spices to it (garlic, pepper, salt, parm cheese, oregano) and then it was good. They have thin crust pizza which was good, but it wasn’t fantastic. My husband and I tried it based on the reviews and weren’t impressed. It’s also pricey for quality that just isn’t that great. Staff is friendly, but I wouldn’t go back for the pizza. :-/

Great pizza… As a born and raised NYker this pizza is up to par for South Jersey!!!

Margherita pizza was not a margherita pizza. It was tomato sauce and small amounts of mozzarella. With all the good reviews, I’m surprised to say this was the worst I’ve had around the area.

After reading reviews stopped in on way back to Delaware. Pizza was awesome will be stopping in again for sure

When one slice is memorable. You can believe it was good. I loved the light taste and fresh sauce. Nothing über fancy but not a drilled down oily mess either.

Pretty good place. The cheese steak wasn’t anything special. The 5 stars is because it was fast & a great value at less than 8 bucks!

I’m visiting from Texas for work and wanted pizza. This place has amazing pizza!
Server was extremely nice and helpful, he took the time to answer all of my questions about the large selection. I had a slice of their Philly cheese steak pizza and a slice of their sausage and pepperoni pizza. Both were wonderful. Too much to eat, but really amazing. I also tried one of their pepperoni rolls. YUM! Would highly recommend Scotto’s. I may go back before I leave town in a week.

Scottos pizza what is there to say. Well first off they had a friendly and quick staff which is saying a lot. I can here later one night and the place was absolutely packed. Still they took my order quick got it right and with a smile on their face which now a days it is hard to get service even close to that. The best part was the cheese steak that I ordered though. I can tell you I have been to a few of the «best Philly cheese steak» places and a lot of them aren’t great but here they don’t claim to be the best but it is one of the best I have ever had. You have to come check this place out and pick up a cheese steak for yourself. They also have chicken cheese steaks which are equally as good. I cannot speak to the taste of their pizza since I did not and have not tried it yet but I am assuming that it has got to be pretty good

The first time I came here, I was 4 days old. Yes, you read that right. My dad loves to mention this fun fact every single time we come back to Scotto Pizza. Fast forward over two decades later and here I am at 22, still coming here… It is the absolute best place to go for pizza or cheesesteaks. The cheesesteak buns are toasted, the cheese to meat ratio is perfect. The fries are crunchy. The pizza is amazing — I love a plain slice of red or a slice of white. I was raised on this stuff and have been coming here since I was born — okay, a couple of days after I was born… but still! If that isn’t enough to convince you, I don’t know what is! Go to Scotto’s! Fair warning… after you go here, you will not be able to just grab a slice wherever… you will always crave and NEED Scotto’s. Eat here! You will not be disappointed.

Great cheese steaks! Plenty of tasty meat, excellent roll, mmmm.
The pizzas looked great and I shoulda grabbed a slice — I’ll have to go back tomorrow for some of the pie.
Update: Went back for another steak today (provolone, onions, mushrooms), and I had to get a slice of the Margherita. O.M.F.G. Best Margherita I’ve ever had — the crust was slightly crisp on the bottom, a bit chewy on top, the sauce had *lots* of flavor, the mozz. was fresh… friggin’ AWESOME!
So what’s a guy from Hollywood doing reviewing steaks and pizzas? I grew up here! Every time I come back to visit the folks, I spend the entire week eating nothing but pizza and steaks. And strombolis, hoagies, scrapple, Panzarottis… I gain 10 pounds. They think I’m nuts.
