Team Builders Plus offers many great activities to improve trust and communication between team members especially in the work place. My work recently chose to participate in the Wheels for the World Bike Build program. We had a lot of fun taking on the challenge of building a bike. It helped us to work together better and develop our communication skills and we felt good knowing that we were doing good. Giving those bikes to underprivileged kids was definitely my favorite part.

Pricey, but great. Our facilitator, Heather, did a great job of keeping everyone engaged. Our day helped us bond as a group and we learned more about each other than ever.
