I use yoga to complement my Pilates practice and I always feel right at home at Marquette Yoga Center.

While visiting family in the area, I thought it would be fun to see what the local yoga scene had to offer. The décor was a bit eccentric but my mom, sister and I were greeted warmly. This is not always the case at yoga studios so it seemed a good sign. We were given the newbie discount — three classes (one for each of us) for $ 20, which were all pleased by. The yoga and guided meditation with Mary was great! We all left feeling energized and focused. My mom and I also caught the community yoga class at the farmer’s market. This class was excellent! It was more rigorous than I’ve experienced at (free) community classes. The instructor (whose name I’ve forgotten and can’t determine from the website) was a ray of sun — bright, cheery and warm at the same time. Check this place out — you won’t regret it!
