Overall great experience, great room…
Stayed for four nights and my daily maid service was excellent. Only problem was access on Westbank Parkway was problematic if you wanted to go to Westwego or toward Metarie.
I’ll definitely be back.

Overall a satisfactory stay. I stayed one night on my way to Houston, and I had no issues with this place. The service was good, the room was clean, spacious, and nice, and the internet worked as expected. It’s also located right next to the highway leading into NewOrleans so the location is very convenient. I highly recommend this place for those that are visiting the city!

We have had nothing but problems since we checked in 4 days ago. We made reservations a week in advance and ask for two adjoining rooms. Since we were staying 4 days we decided to upgrade our rooms to suites. When we got here they had our rooms on the second floor at opposite ends of the floor. When we informed them of what we requested they were unable to make it happen and said they would try the next day to move us together. When I got to my room I noticed immediately that the couch was broken and unable to be sat on. Also the bathroom floor was dirty. I had to take a smaller room for the night when I told them the suite was not acceptable. My sisters room had a broken TV, no towels and no Kleenex. The next day we met with the manager that has only been at this location a week. He seemed truly sorry and not real pleased with his staff or the condition of the property. He found us rooms next to each other on the bottom floor but no connecting rooms were available. We were happy with that until we saw the dirty bathroom floors and chips on the rug. My sister asked that the floors be cleaned 3 times over two days before the manager got involved and made it happen. I would not stay here again! The furniture is outdated and uncomfortable. They do try to pad the beds to make them more comfortable which is one reason we picked Comfort Suites to begin with. We have had good luck with them in Texarkana and pick them because of that. Our mistake!

I have a few good and bad things to say about this place. First off we moved to this hotel because the last hotel we had reservations for were full and they gave away our rooms. Secondly they gave us a discount for having a big group of people. But lastly I get home to Texas to find that I have an extra charge of $ 100 for smoking residue? I do not smoke nor does anyone in my group! I called the desk, they gave me the manager. He has still yet to call back and said the head maid said there was residue but never explained what or how. I said countless times we all don’t smoke, now our clothes might smell like it since your whole city of New Orleans smokes inside bars! Disgusting. I am from Austin Tx and it is illegal to smoke cigarettes inside places here. This is a scam! I’m going to have to call corporate on this hotel for my ridiculous charge.

Located in an area that was ‘awkward’ for access and general location. Many reasons that we won’t be back here.
