I’m not sure if this is the same Dynamic Physical Therapy that is now located on Ochsner Blvd. If not, pls let me know and I’ll take the review down. Anyway, be very aware of your insurance provisions so you won’t be surprised or embarrassed like I was. Anyone in the reception area, therapy room or probably the whole building heard that I can not afford to pay the co-pay and deductible. She told me that LA law won’t allow them to reduce or waive deductibles or co-pays. Then how is it that Ochsner’s financial assistance program will waive the deductible? The woman was abrupt and rude. I left not only in pain but in tears and with no hope for relief. I can’t comment about the therapy because I never got that far. It seems to me that when you hire someone to represent your business, which is based on patient care and customer service, you might want to keep in mind not only her business skills but her compassion. Now none of our friends or family will be patients here. It may not seem like much now, but dissatisfied customers can bring a business down.(Gave 1 star because the receptionist was kind on the phone and as I was leaving the building.) Bottom line, buyer beware.

Most of the people are wonderful. The person in charge is not so good. I was left in a cold room for over 25 minutes with the door closed. I could hear everything that was happening in the other room. After being left that long, I got up and left. The person in charge had to call and apologize after I told my doctor what he did. I gave them another chance. Big mistake cause he was still mad. I thought we had started over when he went behind my back and discussed what we had talked about with someone that was not at therapy. It got back to me. If you go, be careful what you say or don’t speak at all. The whole outfit is so unprofessional!
