Executive Limousine

My daughter located this company when I refused to let her go into the city for a rock concert. I do not trust her friends driving. She initially told me that she would «just split an Über.» Absolutely not.
The service was professional, punctual and appropriately priced. My daughter sold me on it because the owner is former military and former law enforcement. It did, indeed, make me more comfortable when she rode off into the city. Heaven knows what I’ll do when college comes around.

If I could give a negative number of stars, I would do so! They have the worst customer service I have ever encountered! They just totally ignore customers!
I purchased a Amazon Local Voucher for this company. I have now tried for 3 weeks to contact this company to make a reservation to use my voucher and I have received no response! I have called multiple times, written emails and sent in the «Contact Us» form on their website.
My trip is next week and I have no airport transportation! I have written to Amazon to advise them of the lack of response from Executive Limo of LA and requested a full refund. I also asked them to investigate this company as others who purchased the vouchers are probably having the same issues.
Stay away from this company. I do not think they would be trustworthy of actually showing up if they can’t even return phone calls or email requests!!!
