Dealt with Candice thru email for 1 month straight and she always answered my emails and in timely fashion.
Once we were ready to pull the trigger it was almost too late but she was able to get my furniture in fast (OVERNIGHT) and even opened up store for us on a sunday, when they were supposed to be closed.
Definitely goes beyond basic consumer service!

I passed this furniture store last week and was intrigued by the name so when I was back on Barataria yesterday with a few extra minutes to spare, I stopped in.
The owner, Candy was really nice and helpful. They had a large selection of dining room tables, sofas, chairs and bedroom sets. Most of it was large scale to fit modern suburban homes… not what works for my 19th century house.
Candy suggested that I check out their website as she can order anything from a large selection of catalogs. Definitely a place to check out for personalized service.
