This little place is, as reported by other members, pretty well stocked. Their prices are a bit higher than Rouses but if you have a quick need for something, it’s just fine.
Don’t go there looking for bargains. Drive a bit farther to a Rouses for a slightly cheaper offering.

This is a local grocery store near my new digs. Small. Kinda cramped and the prices are a little higher than the bigger stores.
My kids think the customers that frequent this place are kinda scary. I think they are just misunderstood.
Has mostly everything that is needed. For me my demands are few. Creamer, meat, eggs and milk. They have those items.
The meat dept seems better than the rest of the store. My kids thinks it stinks. I know that stink means variety.
I basically hit this place if I’m in a serious rush.

Ragusa is a surprisingly well stocked grocery store located on the WB expressway in Marrero.
The store is smaller than the large chains, but has a decent beer selection. Their prices are reasonable and the store is kept clean.
Ragusa also accepts Entergy payments for those who refuse to use the internet for bill payment.
