I have been seeing the ads for the Ruben and decided to give it a try. I had a coupon for buy one get one free. I ordered a drink too. My daughter had the curly fries and Jamoca shake. The fries and shake were great. The Ruben had the right ingredients and a decent amount of them. It would have been a 5 star review if they had heated the sandwiches. The bread was not toasted at all. The meat and sauerkraut were room temp and the cheese was not melty. I was very disappointed and a bit concerned about product safety since it was neither cold from the fridge or warm from being cooked. If I spend tomorrow in the bathroom I will know why.

I freakin love Arby’s!!! i could eat their curly fries everyday, but i don’t lol. they are usually pretty quick here too!

My wife and I have grabbed lunch here more times than I can count. I have recently been very impressed with how much attention the manager is placing on customer service. It’s very rare for a fast food place to ask for your name and then actually use it — but they have on several occasions lately. The food is good and the place is kept clean. I have been known to ring the good service bell on occasion.
