When you pull up to the shop, you are greeted by an employee and let them know what services you need done on your car. Then, just sit back and relax on the bench outside or the interior seating area.
From beginning to end, service was friendly and courteous. The staff thoroughly explained the services to be performed, keep you updated on the job progress, expected time of completion, and gave recommendations on repairs to be done. They get your approval before proceeding with any repairs. With many competitors in the area, they are the most honest, reliable, and reasonably priced. The prices for their services were very fair and they don’t force you to overspend on unnecessary repairs like other places.
Service was good, efficient, and timely. Because my experience was such a positive one, I will be sure to return whenever I’m in the area and needing an oil change or Texas vehicle inspection. Thank you Lube Master for doing a great job!

Excellent. Fantastic. So happy. I called around to over a dozen places in Marshall and Longview trying to find an inspector for a trailer inspection I needed THAT DAY and they all close at noon or don’t work on weekends. These were the nicest people and waited for us and took care of our inspection thoroughly and quickly. I called one place just down the road and was told though they are open to noon they actually locked up at 1145! So kudos to lube master! Excellent service.
