They have a tendency to overstuff a bouquet with greenery. They are under the mistaken impression that their customers will prefer bigger over well-​arranged flowers. I’ve gotten two arrangements from them, both of which were so stuffed with greenery that the stems of the flowers themselves were suspended in the neck of the vase. If I hadn’t rearranged the flowers, they would have died within the day for lack of water. The flowers are fresh, but they won’t stay fresh for long unless you take matters into your own hands.
