Very very good food! The salsa is amazingly fresh from their own garden. Their pizza dough is made fresh daily and is amazing, the best in town. The staff are always friendly and service is great. It’s family owned so you get the welcome as soon as you walk in the door. They have a full bar with a good beer selection and liquor selection. They have a hibiscus margarita which is delightful as well. There isn’t anything bad to say about this place!

I have eaten here four times since I moved to Marshall 20 days ago. The food is simply delicious!
I have high standards for my Mexican food and the Picosita Grill does everything well. Flor’s papusas are the best I have ever had! I highly recommend the Papusa Revueltas, but every type I have tried has been amazing.
Nothing is every frozen and you can taste the freshness in the food. The pizza dough is made each morning, salsa blended each day (once we were the first party there for dinner time and it was still frothy from the blender!), and nothing but amazing flavors.
Simply stated, everything is good here. I’ll have to watch my waistline since I live only three blocks away, but my tastebuds will be happy!

I have family members that I’ve been visiting in Marshall for a couple of decades. This is… BY FAR… The best, freshest, tastefully prepared food in town. El Salvadorian food with a few American dishes, and New York style pizza. There is something for everyone. Top recommendations: pupusas (specifically the pork and the pork and bean are amazing), and their sweet corn tamale served with crème fresh. They also have some great tasting traditional El Salvadorian fruit beverages. Try the horchata or the marañon!

Man, you don’t expect to get great Mexican in America, much less a really small (but nice) town in Central Missouri! Well, you’d better stop, bookmark it, and hope you travel this direction often.

Great breaded tenderloin sandwich — very meaty with just the right amount of breading, and not greasy. Good fries too. Good tortilla chips while you wait — ask for the hot salsa — very flavorful.

Nice atmosphere in little ol’ Marshall. The Huevos Rancheros was very good. The Picosita Omelet was fluffy & delicious. When we come for dinner we can’t go without a Papusa or two.

So yummy! This is by far my first choice for dinner in Marshall! I have tried just about everything on their menu and pleasantly surprised! Pizza, burritos, tacos all wonderful! Burgers… Well, not so much.
