I called them with an unusual request.* Honestly, they were the third florist I called and the first two turned me down. Not only did they come through, but they were able to do it on the same day (which I was not expecting) and charged me less than I was expecting to pay. I would definitely work with them again.
*I needed flowers for an educational demonstration on pollination.
