I have used Sat’Man in 2010 and again in 2015 for DirecTV installs and upgrades. They always do great work, clean installs, and make sure everything is up and running before they leave. On the latest upgrade, the person in the DirecTV call center screwed something up while Jim was trying to activate all the new equipment. This lead to him having to sort out a bunch of issues regarding my programming to ensure everything was the same way it was prior to his arrival. If you are looking to get new service or upgrade your current equipment, give Sat’Man a call first to handle it for you. They’ll make sure you get what you want. If you deal with DirecTV directly, you don’t know who will be coming to your home or what equipment they might bring.

Jim and his guys do great work — we’ve used them at several locations over the past few years, both for Satellite TV and for Internet systems. He’s flexible and for the high quality of work he does, has reasonable prices — but the most important thing is he understands the equipment and systems he installs and services, which is a huge improvement over most installers who can’t really help you when there is a tricky problem.
