Unreliable service but fairly responsive management. They did not pick up trash around 25% of our weekly scheduled pick-up days. When I would call to inquire, the office was responsive in returning calls in reasonable time and following up on the missed pick-ups. However in each case the first reaction is to check the log and then declare«he was there at 9 o’clock» and suggest I didn’t have the garbage out. I then must insist I did.(When I drag two bins down a very long driveway in the dark and even rain the night before only to be told I must be mistaken about when I put it out because«he was there at 9am» and therefore implying I’m either lying or crazy is NOT good customer service.) Sometimes they’d talk to the driver and find out there was a problem reaching us due to weather or road construction and reimburse us. Other times they would not. In each case I was stuck dragging trash back up the driveway and waiting another week. Snowy roads I understand but many times the excuses(if any) were weak. For example, «can’t reach customer due to tree trimming blocking X Road» when there are several alternative well-established routes that are even more direct. Don’t recommend.
