Fireplace Packages

When they were working under the name of «Fireplace Packages», we were happy with all phases of the gas stove purchase and installation. Now they are using the name «We Fix Fireplaces». We needed to disconnect and move the stove to put new flooring underneath it. We were told that they could do it that afternoon because a team was just finishing a job in our town a short distance from our home.
They still seemed to do good work, but the price charged to disconnect the stove was very expensive. We asked why it was so expensive and were told that we were billed the standard «trip» charge and it would be the same amount to reconnect the stove. After the floor had been put down, we had a local business connect the stove back up for about half of what «We Fix Fireplaces» had quoted us. It would be advisable to do some comparison shopping when looking for someone to service your stove.
