Please remember, Goodwill does NOTHING for the community, it does not help the needy in any way. The Store name is misleading to say the least.

The entire store smelled of baby oil. Although everything was clean and in order, it still was an odd smell. Prices on some items seemed ludicrous, $ 44 for a used 2 drawer metal filing cabinet, yet $ 4 on a large entertainment center? Staff of teenagers seemed irritated to be there. The woman who took our items that we dropped off asked us to carry them in for her, due to her being pregnant. Not a problem, but why would you put someone in that position if they cannot do that job.

First of all, I am the THRIFTKING of WI. Having traveled throughout every county in the state for work, and being a passionate thrifter, I have rarely missed a shop that resells items. I’m the Duke of nearly every thrift store in SEWI, and even some up in Sheboygan, Slinger, West Bend, Port Washington, Hartford and beyond. That said, the Goodwill locations north of highway 60 in WI are just not comparable to the quality of those in the Milwaukee metro area. I’m always disappointed when I visit up north. They’re clean, but they’ve been slowly taken over with Chinese-made junk that’s new, instead of reselling what’s used. No less than 1⁄3 of this location was packed with that dreck. I was looking for S.O.S. notes from prison camp denizens within the aisles. Another thing, they’re pricing used items higher than they ought to. The same used item in MKE is $ 1 – 2 more expensive up north. It’s clean, and the shelves are well-organized. But they don’t seem to get as much designer stuff for resale, and they overprice what they do get for the most part. This store is nearly identical to the stores in Eau Claire and Stevens Point. Same setup, same new items for sale at the same percentage… same disappointment. And another thing. It’s time that Unilocal update the location for this one. For three years or longer the location listed is on the opposite end of Central Ave. IT’S NOTATCENTRALAVESOUTH. It’s on Central NORTH near Menards. This has mislead me while following Unilocal directions twice now. It’s time that Unilocal update the location.(edit submitted)

Found some great items however its way over priced. I can go and buy these items cheaper at tj max or a Ross. And a side note, i seen this pair of shoes at target for $ 5. they must have donated them to goodwill and goodwill decided to mark them for $ 6.99. I’ve never seen a goodwill so overly priced before. Don’t recommend marshfield goodwill unless u buy only the color of the wk tags.(50% off)
