I been to KKatie several times. Once, I dine in and was seated right away, but didn’t get service till 20 minutes later. it took another 20 minutes for them to take our order and other 20 minutes to get our food. The dine in area is so small that you will bump into someone even in your seat. The takeout is not good at all. The food is all nasty and ugly looking when you pick it up. Its really pricey for no real. I wish there was a 5 guys around here so I have another option. I would stay away

Thanks, Kkatie! I even got a small burger(4 oz). It was awesome! Can’t wait to go back and I’m not all about burgers. The home made potato chips were amazing – no kidding!

Great burgers and cold beer. If you sit at the bar on the weekend make sure the male bartender is covering where you are seated. Three times now we’ve been almost fully ignored by two different female bartenders. I don’t know his name but his attitude, service and attention to detail is great. It’s a roll of the dice on service, but that isn’t enough to keep us from going.

Burgers are absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is loud and the tables are quite close together. If you are at a two person table by the bar, it’s an extremely tight squeeze. The KKrunch burger was my top choice and I definitely think this is a great burger spot with pretty good prices too.

The burgers were OK. Lots of different choice of toppings but the flavor of the beef wasn’t top notch, maybe salt and pepper before you cook it might help. Ive been there when they’ve had live music and it’s not overly loud, you can still talk. Service was good the onion rings were yummy and they have tater tots which were the best part of the meal. If you’re looking for a great burger I would go to five guys but still a nice evening out.

Husband had the Hawaiian burger — big, juicy and delicious. Sweet potato fries were crispy. I had the chili made with shredded beef and a rich smokey flavor. Yummy. Will visit again when we’re in the area.

I will be honest, not my favorite burger joint. Although, I always find myself going back. The burgers are big, creative and messy. If that is your kind of burger, you will love this place. I’m more of a burger purest and the meat is the most important aspect. The flavor of the meat they use is good, but not great in my opinion. Other than that, they have good rotating beers on tap, great chicken fingers and amazing tater tots.

I was disappointed with the burger as it was essentially steamed on the flattop grill. The put the burger on the grill and cover it with a metal bowl. If it wasn’t for the toppings it wouldn’t have any taste. I would much rather have a charcoal grilled burger. I am still on the hunt for the best burger on the South Shore. On the bright side, the service was excellent and the beer was cold.

Oh! My! Gosh! If you’re a lover of gourmet giant unique burgers then come here. I’ve gotten the Hawaiian burger twice and my husband loves the morning burger. Really anything here is amazing! Service was phenomenal… Quick, attentive and warm. She even gave my 2 year old daughter a free ice cream at the end for being so good! Seriously love this place.

Good meat and vegetarian burgers. I was pleasantly surprised their veggie burger was so good! When we went they had a one man band which was very good. I think the prices are on the higher side, however.

Me and my friend decided to get last minute take out at KKaties and it was the best decision we could’ve made. We both ordered a bacon cheeseburger with fries and they were amazing. Cooked brilliantly and a good amount of fries. The wait was a little long, but it was a busy night anyways so we didn’t mind. I can’t wait to go back and try other burgers!

Ok I am a big guy and tapped out half way through dinner. The pickle back burger is to die for. They need a checklist so I can go back and try a different burger each time

Finally went in with my buddy for a few beers and some wings. The spot was very clean. Great beer selection. While I know it’s a burger place we opted for the wings and we were surprised. The chipotle wings were great and the hell hot were, well damn hot. I don’t recall the bartender’s name but she fooled us on that one. Great service and great food. I’ll be back for the low carb burger.

I came here for lunch with my parents last Sunday. The place is small and hidden. Luckily, we beat the lunch rush and were seated promptly. The tables are small and the stools are backless. I ordered a Bloody Mary. It was not that good and tasted watery. The food menu is huge and overwhelming. I got the mushroom burger with pepper jack cheese and fries. It was nothing special. They charge you $ 2.50 for a fee to split a burger. My parents got a different burger and said they liked it. My dad said the clam chowder was good too. The service and staff were Mediocre. Since the restaurant is small, it can get very and feel overcrowded. It is not too expensive but I don’t think it is worth going back for as nothing stands out.

After driving by for a year we finally decided to stop in for a burga. I thought that the menu itself was absurdly huge(as in physical size). The appearance of the bar(we sat at the bar) was pretty disgusting. It was very messy and there was what appeared to be a broken unfixed junk drawer facing the customer along side with shelving that looked very messy and unclean. I wanted to leave but didn’t want to drive somewhere else so we ordered. The curly fries were excellent. I wasn’t crazy about my burger and paid extra $ 1 for mushroom– 3 tiny mushrooms and had to complain about it. They took the $ 1 off my bill and had attitude about doing so. The burger itself was ok, too mushy and big for me, and bland with no flavor. The service was ok, but due to the overall experience, especially by the cleanliness of the bar, I would not go back.

Everything in here was good. I got the burger with chips on top, yum! There were so many options, and we had a big group so we were sharing a lot. Burgers good, beer good, fries good. I’d recommend checking this place out!

Service was very sub par. The tall blonde in her early 30s had a negative attitude greeting us. The place is small with a limited menu, however my burger and fries still took a half hour. Busy place. Being rushed by our waitress the whole time so she could get the next table/tip seated in my spot. Food is almost as good as five guys. I will not be going back. Plenty of other satisfying restaurants within walking distance.

I saw they had a veggie burger on their menu so i am always happy when I see restaurants have that option. Their spicy bean burger was just a Morningstar spicy bean burger. I was somewhat disappointed with that a restaurant doesn’t make their own version of a veggie burger. My husband had a regular burger which is made with Angus beef. He said it was excellent. We went with an order of truffle fries which was $ 5.50, which is half the price of the burger. They just had some truffle salt on them, definitely not worth 5.50. Regular fries come with your 9.99 burger so just stick with those. We got there at 4;30 on a Sat night and it was pretty crowded. We were able to get seats at the bar which is our first preference. By 5:00, people were waiting for a seat and it’s just a burger place(mostly) so I guess the Angus burgers might be worth the wait. If you are looking for a great veggie burger, Cask and Flagon just down the road has a great one. If you are interested in trying a restaurant, always try it. What one might dislike, you might like. Use reviews as a guideline to get there early or what not to try(such as $ 5.50) truffle fries.
