I should like this store for all the interesting and unusual kitchen gadgets it carries. I should also like it because it has the nicest employee, who I also think is the owner. In fact, I do like it for both of those things, but what I really, really, like about the Magic Kitchen, is the homemade bread available for sale if you get there early enough in the morning. The most perfectly formed loaves, put into the bags when still slightly warm, leaving condensation on the inside of the bag. And it is so good. It didn’t get squishy when you cut it. And because it was formed like a real loaf, it didn’t have that bread machine square or round all-around shape. Even thinking about it now. .. . And back to the kitchen stuff — some very unusual and hard to find items. In fact there were some things I didn’t know I needed and didn’t know I was doing without. If I had more time, I probably would have dropped some significant money here just to have the opportunity to try things out. But, I stuck with buying the bread and that was more than worth it.
