I’ve been a customer of Mike Biviano’s «MJB Property Management» for over six years now. He manages my single-​family house in the south shore of Massachusetts. I live out of state now, relocated due to a job. My little three bedroom house is currently rented out and Mike takes care of the property for me and collecting rent, things like that. His monthly cost is pretty low and his staff are very nice.
He’s been a wonderful property manager, very responsive, extremely professional and has been a big help when I had problems — from problems with previous tenants to problems with my house’s mechanics.
For tenant management, he knows MA law, knows good lawyers, knows ways to fix tenant/​landlord issues.
For property management and maintenence, he has great contact lists with good contractors and helps manage repairs and other issues.
I have absolute trust in him, and it’s great to know my tenants have someone local to reach out to during the night or day. It’s great to have someone there to manage the property. I rarely have to worry.
