Shopko

A homegrown department store chain, Shopko always impresses me with the variety and quality of its product. Like its more nationally positioned competition, Shopko stocks its stores with a variety of items in every category. What makes Shopko a little different is the appeal to the average consumer in the area the store is located. They don’t appear to try to be a one-​size for all.
Shopko carries nice bedding, paper products, and cute clothes for both back to school and for business casual. Some day I’ll learn to stop here first instead of trying other stores and save myself the wasted time and gasoline. Things I cannot find anywhere else, are here, and usually on sale. Maybe it’s because this store is located just down the street from the Clinic and people from all over will stop here and therefore they have to carry the odd item.
The stores are clean and the personnel well-​trained. For what it is, Shopko blows the competition away.
