Associates Printing Service

Ignore the moron below who gave a 1 star due to the place being closed. We’ve used Joe for mailers in the past and they have always come out great. Turn around is quick and price is always what he originally quotes.

Business had signs on the sidewalk saying they were open, however, they were closed during normal business hours. This leaves me with the question of whether they pay attention to detail in their work product. I’ll try another place.

I was first introduced to Associates Printing through former employment. The company I used to work for used them for many of our pirnting needs. My former employer was a stickler for a bargain. Insisting his employees obtain three quotes for the same product then going with the cheapest. — Not only were associates printing the most affordable for certain products, but high quality as well. Our envelopes, letter head and many other products were ordered through them.
Now That I own my own business, it was an easy decision to use associates printing for my new needs. We use them to print the items we use every day. It is so important to have quality products to present yourself as a profesional business.
The customer service is great. I recently placed a re order with Joe. They printed the order on a different paper stock than our last order. I wouldn’t have placed the order if I had known it would come on that paper. — But after explaining my problems with the product Joe made it right. He re printed our order, on the paper we requested and that we had recieved when we ordered a year ago.
I am on my way to pick up the corrected order now, haven’t seen it yet, but feel comfortable enough to write this review knowing it will be right. Thanks Associates.
