Update July, 2013. Things are no better and in some cases worse. The past review stands.

If you want a Dr… specifically Dr. Mark Smith… to tell your 8 year old kid that he’s not going to be successful at football, never going to make the pros, basically crush his dreams because he has vision problems, then I would highly recommend this plan. Also, at no additional charge, and without even asking, he’ll toss in his infinite wisdom about your other kid and tell him that he’ll never make any money as an artist. This guy should be put in a lab in the back somewhere and not have any contact with kids.

This is the Health Plan that I use for my employee benefits. The only time that I come into this office is when I turn in my receipt to be reimburse for my optical purchases. Annually, I get $ 65 back on a pair of prescription glasses or for my contact lenses. The staff is friendly and the process is really easy, but the time frame on receiving my reimbursement check use to be a lot quicker. It use to only take a few weeks, but it takes almost 2 months now. I guess with the pay cuts, reducing staff and their hours., I’m not surprised that the quality of their has been lowered.
