I first utilized Eagle Marine when my boat trailer broke in ½ several years ago at the Martinez marina. Since they are located near the marina they picked up my boat and broken trailer with a forklift and brought it back to their shop. They did not gouge me on the price for a new trailer and they put my boat on the new trailer. I also have used for routine service, and recently used when I could not raise my power trim. Since the boat wasn’t at their shop Rick gave me information on how to raise the power trim. Kudos to Eagle Marine!

Needed a new trailer. Dealer and nearest competition quoted $ 2800.00 plus I had to pick it up out of town. Eagle: for the same price I bought an EZ Loader fully galvanized trailer with two roller and guide bunks. Add in the engine maintainance which included: tune/up, adjust valves, replace water pump and impeller, check and grease/lube cables and fittings, intake screen, sacrificial anode, fuel filter, compression test… plus more. Same price that the ‘others’ wanted for JUST the trailer! Justin, Darryl and Danny sincere, honest, friendly, knowledgeable and high integrity people. First rate, five-star+ business. Don’t forget the unseen mechanics… top notch. All of this great stuff in my back yard, 4 miles from my house and right next to the marina. Look no further, this is where everyone takes their boat. you should too.

Many places give you attention based on how much they think you are going to spend, or are actually spending. Not here, you call or walk through the door & you are a person.
There are two shops closer to me where I can get parts & this is the only one I plan on using. When shopping around for a new 2.3 hp kicker outboard they treated me like I was buying a new boat. While I was there, staff/owner knew half of the customers that came through the door by first name.
I did a credit app for the small engine I got and they did not blink in helping even though the profit was obviously pretty small. Rachelle there sorted it out with Honda in an hour when another shop seemed to be put off by a credit app for a $ 1000, and said it would take at least 24 hours.
Great inventory too. This place defines customer service.

I went to Eagle Marine in the hopes that they would have an obscure part for an old motor. As luck would have it they did. The service was excellent. They took the time to talk to me and make sure that the part I was buying was the right one. They keep a lot of old and hard to find parts.

Heather and Justin are very nice but I don’t think they like to sell boats. I went in on Monday looking to buy one. Asked that Justin call me back and he never did. I call five times on Thursday according to my phone records and still no call back. I did talk to Heather each time and she assured me she would have Justin call me back. Had he called me back I would have bought the boat.
I don’t know who the owner is over at Eagle Marine but I would be concerned.
