It took us 23 minutes to get our order in and pay-the line was not THAT long-they need to work on the basics!!! Place was clean though so I’ll give them that.

Haven’t been for a while — no reason. People in there are super nice but the young guy that served me was weighing the tuna mayo to make sure I got the right amount — to which I must say it wasn’t really that much.
Guys I love you but if you have to weigh the tuna mayo on customers sandwiches then you need to close the store.

The sandwiches here are fantastic, way better than other similar restaurants. The only thing about this particular Jersey Mikes is that the TVs are in places that are hard to see but other than that I highly recommend this place.

We have tried this location 3 different times. All 3 were online orders. Each time our orders were not complete by the time we arrived, which is not that big of a deal. However what is a problem is that each time they have messed up our order. 3 chances, and instead of focusing on the order they are too busy joking around and conversing and not focusing on their job. I am extremely disappointed because I love Jersey Mike ’ s and normally would proudly pick them over any other competitor. Now, I guess Publix and Jimmy John’s will get my business. Fast and friendly.
