I really don’t know what is with these people. maybe its just Kim. I call no answer. Kim texts me back saying that the properties aren’t really to look at I wanted to schedule a showing for the 3rd. Because that is when my husband will be off work next. She texts me saying she won’t schedule anything till I fill out a rental app. I do and email it to her 5 days go by till she gets back to me telling my that a lot of people are interested in this property and that they are holding it for a family till sat. Mind you I wanted to see it way before then when she said it wasn’t available to look at yet. Made me wait and now they are«holding it» who does that? It should be first person who is interested. And she pushed me away and let other people look at the property. She is just a very rude in personal person. It makes me not want to deal with her at all. Like she was annoyed that I wanted to look at a property.

I rented out my house through Courson Realty(Kim, to be exact), and it was an underwhelming experience to say the least. Full disclaimer: I’ve never rented out a house before. I don’t know if my experience was truly bad or just par for the course. Kim is a really charismatic, likable person. When we first met her, we were really happy to be working with her. It didn’t take long for her inexperience to show through. From indecisiveness about pricing to terrible photo choices on our online listing, she did not inspire much confidence in us. She even sensed our dissatisfaction and told us «she’d understand if we wanted to find a new realtor,» a WEEK before we were moving away! Not very professional. Many questions we’d ask Kim were met with a «oh, I don’t know, I’ll have to ask my dad.» In particular, we had a lot of questions when our renters wanted to break lease citing the military clause. Kim, even given a week and a half to find out, couldn’t answer any of those questions. Finally, we had to make an appointment with a lawyer so we could get some damn answers! I am 100% certain that, had we not researched our rights, Kim would have lost us 1 month of mortgage that we weren’t entitled to cover. Getting any kind of question answered from Kim is a monumental task. Hint: If she says she’ll call you tomorrow; she won’t. If she says she’ll have samples or pictures or a price quote for you Tuesday; she won’t. You really have to stay on her in order to get information. Next time, I’m going to take Kim’s advice and find another realtor. I suggest you do, too.
