I called this locksmith after having a different company out a few months before for a broken front door lock… the other guy sprayed it with WD40, charged me $ 80, and said good luck. Rob came over with Superior Lock and took it all apart, put it all together, told me what I needed and when the part came in, fixed it. No fuss, no muss. He also showed up not only on time, but early both times he came out — this is unheard of in Tahoe!!! He was incredibly nice and trustworthy and I can’t say enough about how positive my experience was with him! I will use him again and highly recommend him when you need a locksmith!!!
