This place was super packed with people sending things for the holidays, and I’m just here to return a Comcast cable box.
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by a very friendly associate named Mathew I believe, and even though he was busy with other customers he helped me out immediately. Then another store associate woman instantly came to me to show me how to fill out paperwork and as soon as I was done I was walked to the sales counter to get my items returned with Dan.
I have never, EVER received customer service like this in Augusta. I live 35 minutes away from this location and I will gladly come all the way out here instead of going to a closer shipping service store just because I was blown away by how awesome these people were.
Thank you all at this store so much for being wonderful human beings and giving your customers superior service.

Not sure about Ava A’s experience, especially since UPS specifically and overtly advertises Packaging Services, but my experience was efficient and professional. My UPS associate, Matthew, was helpful and the frames I needed to send we’re packed appropriately and shipped as expected. I would come here again when necessary.
